License Agreement

Section titled License Agreement

The first step is accepting the Data Deposition and License Agreement (DLA).

Mandatory Action

You cannot simply click “Next”. The system requires you to actively review the agreement:

1. Open the Document: Click the button labeled “Open DLA (required)”.
   • This will open the agreement text in a window.
2. Read the Agreement: Please review the terms regarding data usage, distribution, and your rights as a data provider.
3. Proceed: Only after the document has been opened will the “Next” button become active.
